Generate DB Document Crashes

I am trying to generate a DB Document using SQL Developer 21.4. During the creation, the process crashes with this error.

SEVERE 601 0 oracle.dbtools.raptor.oviewer.base.ConnectionExportDataProvider$1 Generate DB Doc Failed.

I get index files along with some DDL for user objects, but nothing after the point of the crash. If I try to do all the object types separately, it works fine, I get the error only when trying to extract all DDL for the schema.
