DB triggers go invalid after RDBMS 19.18 PSU

DATABASE RELEASE UPDATE : 19.18.0.0.230117 (REL-JAN230131) (34765931)

Linux x86-64

After applying 19.18 DB PSU, few edition based database triggers fail to compile with error: PL/SQL: ORA-04098: trigger 'xxxxxxxxxxxx is invalid and failed re-validation

Workaround is to drop & recreate trigger. Working with Oracle support to get a solution. This wasn't an issue until the last release.

Anyone else in the same boat?
