new Query Criteria Map in Oracle OAF pages

Good day everyone!

Right now I'm working with Oracle OAF pages and I'm trying to create new Query Criteria Map in personalization: Maintenance -> Assets -> Rebuildable Inventory -> Simple Search Mappings. I have attached all required screenshots where you can see that I have added Query Criteria Map in Table:Mapped Table and in Simple Search Mappings. May you please guide me why new Query Criteria Map didn't showed up in Result Items (screenshot attached)?

Oracle version is 12.2.7
