unable to change the agreement currency

Agreement was created with different currency by mistake, and then we deleted funding as it is not baselined and changed the currency. But after changing the currency, it is not showing the unallocated funds in 'Funding' form for this new currency. Please help on this.

Can we delete this agreement and create a new one. Alocated amount is shown in the form. But not baselined.
