change Depreciation Expense Account

Hello, working oracle 12.2.5 at Assets Category setup, the  Depreciation Expense Account  is allowing to change (yellow color field ), all other fields are greyed color .

The category is already in use, for years.

if we change the Depr Account, is there an impact on existing assets?
