R3002CPY does not seem to work with percentages

We are trying to use the R3002CPY to copy BOM's from one branch plant to another. Our BOM's are setup where P3002.FORQ has a percentage symbol. When we copy it looks like the system is taking the percentage and moving the decimal point over. If we use F or V and do the copy, it is fine, it's just the % that gets messed up.

EX:

We have a BOM with 3 Components

Material 1 =49.5%

Material 2 = 49.5%

Material 3 = 1%

When we run the BOM copy program it creates a BOM that reads

Material 1 =.495%

Material 2 = .495%

Material 3 = .01%

When we copy the BOM, we need it to stay the same as the BOM we copied. We have ran this several different ways with the processing option #4 in and out and it always seems to move the decimal point.
