Cross RAC-Node Processing Parallel Integrat Replicat...

in GoldenGate, Streams and Distributed Database (MOSC) Question

Hello,

I'm James Bennett from Central CA..!  I work for a company called Gainwell Technologies as a Sr Oracle DBA.  I've been seeing several ABENDS with many of our REPLICAT's (Integrat Replicat).  I opened an SR with Oracle support and they recommended that I evolve my Integrat Replicat over to a Parallel Integrat Replicat of which I have done in a lower test environment yesterday.  I can definitely see a difference in the way it spawns off several sub-processes when it starts.  That lower test environment is only a single instance DB to single instance DB. 

I now would like to move over into our 2-node Production environment to create there, however, would like to understand what "Cross RAC-Node Processing" means when I create a Parallel Integrat Replicat over there?  We are running in OGG MS 21.3 HUB design using XAG HA for the SERVICEMANAGER...
