Getting error when parsing a RL1 XML file for 2022

Hello,

I am trying to validate our one RL1 file for 2022 to get it uploaded to Revenue Quebec but getting the following error:

" Unable to locate a reference to a supported schema type (DTD, W3C Schema) within this document instance. "

I have downloaded the current Schema as referenced in Doc 2918540.2 and have the XML file loaded into the same folder as the schema.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
