Structure Name for Orchestration Produced CSV File

I am trying to create a CSV file with one orchestration and then pass it through a message. I am attempting to follow the steps from Doc ID 2901144.1, with the exception that I have a different orchestration passing out a CSV file instead of a Data Request like pictured. The orchestration creating the CSV is doing so using the steps in Doc ID 2856418.1.

For both the attachment step and the message step, I need a structure name to proceed, but I am not sure where to find this. We don't have any CSV files stored in JDE, so I can't find one and use that structure name.
