TFA diagcollect Start time when the performance was bad

in AHF - Autonomous Health Framework (TFA - ORACHK) (MOSC) Question

To run tfactl diagcollect -srdc dbperf, how far can we backdate for Start time when the performance was bad and Stop time when the performance was bad ? If the incident occurred 3 months ago, can we find any log files for the investigation ?
