Response Notes are Missing In Requisition Action History

Requisition Response Notes Missing in Action History

Steps:

1. Submit requisition for approval

2. As approver, enter a note in the Response of approval notification

3. As next approver, review the requisition action history or notification, and there is no mention of the note from previous approver. The Note column is empty.

The requisition can be successfully approved, however the subsequent approvers do not see the Approval notes from previous approvers.
