Errors in Apex

Hi Experts,

We have a load balancer with nginx as webserver and tomcat as applcation server. ORDS deployed in tomcat. We are seeing below errors in logfiles. But application seems working.

What actions do we take. Can you please guide us

The connection pool named: |apex|rt| had the following error(s): Exception occurred while getting connection: oracle.ucp.UniversalConnectionPoolException: Universal Connection Pool internal error: oracle.ucp.UniversalConnectionPoolException: Cannot get Connection from Datasource: java.sql.SQLRecoverableException: IO Error: Connection reset by peer, Authentication lapse 294277 ms.
