After installation of Oracle Enterprise Edition V21 we are getting DBT-50000 Error

in Database Install/Upgrade/Opatch (MOSC) 2 commentsAnswered

This is reported as a bug in V19.12, fixed with a patch ( we did this at the time and all is well )...

We are now installing V21 ( and patching to the latest patchset ) but when we try and create a database we are encountering the DBT-50000 error. Has anyone else encountered this?
