Oracle Business Network usage cost or license cost for iProcurement Punchout

Hello Team,

We are planning to implement Oracle iProcurement Punchout to supplier catalogs via OBN. Can you please help us know if there is any additional licensing requirements or cost associated with using Oracle Business Network (OBN), if we already have full license for Oracle Purchasing and iProcurement. Will there be any cost for trading partners (Suppliers) to register, publish catalogs and transact?
