R12.2 EBS - OLM: How to archive/purge employee training records?

R12.2 EBS - Oracle Learning Management (OLM)

Employees in our company can have training records for mandatory training they took from 2012 (when we implemented OLM). Our retention for these training records is 6 years. We are looking for a way to archive or purge training records from employee's records.

Navigation: Learner Self-Service > My Learning > Learner Home

This takes you to "My Learning Home Page"

Look under "My Current Enrollments" section

These are the trainings we want to archive/purge if over 6 years old

I'm not finding any documentation of that functionality but maybe I'm just missing it.

Is anyone aware if that functionality exits?
