Smart View handled an unknown exception thrown by Microsoft Office

Hi,

We have HFM on-perm version 11.2.10 and SmartView version 20.100. The issue we are facing is that below message is displayed when the very first excel is opened, any excel file opened afterward is fine. I have consulted below Oracle note but did not find relevant answer.

"Smartview handled an unknown exception thrown by ms office" Error When Attempting to Open Webadi When Smartview Addin is Active (Doc ID 1192064.1)
