Modify Person page displays incorrect data under unique scenario from Manage Hires

In the following scenario, the personal data (under Modify a Person) will display incorrect person data:

Navigate to Manage Hires and select someone with type 'Hire' - click Add Person.

Personal Data component pages pop up - select Organizational Relationships tab.

Click Add Relationship - get warning message 1000, 43 - Other person exists with this name (you need a scenario that will generate this message).

CANCEL from the message box and CANCEL from the Personal Data pages. (Important you CANCEL from both of these).

You are returned to Manage Hires Detail page. In the breadcrumbs, back up one level and select Modify a Person. Enter any emplid in the search field and search.
