File Parser and PeopleSoft Campus Solution 9.2

I am hoping to find out if File Parser can be used to update data within CS Tables. My use case scenario is to update Checklist Items PERSON_CHK_ITEM. I am hoping to change the Checklist Status (PERSON_CHK_ITEM.ITEM_STATUS) to a different value using File Parser.
