Error when uploading ACA's XMLs "[TPE1101] Our system detected invalid or outdated XML name"

Full error: "1 error has occurred. See below for more information. If the problem continues, please contact us. [TPE1101] Our system detected invalid or outdated XML namespaces in the Manifest file. Please review the XML standards outlined in Section 3 of Publication 5258, AIR Submission Composition and Reference Guide, located here, correct any issues on the Manifest file, and try again."

I am unable to find anything wrong with the naming logic and had reviewed that publication. The file names are similar to last year except for 2022 vs 2023.
