PO Receipt Data can not update to F43199

I create a Purchase Order , quantity is 100KG.

And then use P4312 receipt 10KG, option set to 1.

Because Of some reason, cancel Remaining quantity ,option set to 9.

I can not find the data when search the F43199 data

Can you tell me what is setting i missing?
