Shipment Status isn't moving through Frieght Update, even Workcentre shows report completed no error

Hi

When a shipment does not move through Freight Update R4981, JDE does not provide a spot to see why it won't process. Which particular item in set up caused it not to process? Work Center provides nothing except the report completed successfully.

Is there something in JDE to see very specifically why a shipment is not updating?
