AWR - SQL ordered by Offload Eligible Bytes

Hi, I am trying to better understand the SQL ordered by Offload Eligible Bytes section of an AWR. This is for a 19c RAC database on exadata X6 frame. I zeroed in on one particlular query (sql_id cpb2y58d6ss0t) in one particular 15 minute snap (snap 185605) of one node. The query is one very few doing offloading. An excerpt from the AWR is attached, but I'll share the pertinent details here in the text.

From the AWR:

Offload Elig (GB) - 17,237.00

Inter connect (GB) - 0.21

%Ret SS (percentage of Interconnect GB returned for Smart Scan) - 69.88

%Cell Eff (Cell Offload Efficiency) - 0.00

Howdy, Stranger!
