Help with Calculate Batch error.

Has anyone seen this error?

ORA-20001: No resource with complete compensation plan or the period specified is not at the end of the interval. in Package CN_CALC_SUBMISSION_PVT Procedure Calculate

We are getting it when running Calculate Batch, the program completes in Error after a few seconds before processing anything, there is nothing in the debug log.
