E1: 46L: Location Override At pick confirm Creates Negative Hard Commitment P4617

Using P4617 for picking Confirmation with License plates, if the user chooses Override during Picking to a different source location than the one suggested, the result is that the physical on hand is correctly issued from the overwritten location. However the system applies the Hard de-commitment on the initial FROM location

Steps to Duplicate:

1) Enter sales order for 24 EA

2) Create picking request

3) Run R46171 to create suggestion for 24 EA from LPN/location 12345

5) Availability now shows 24 EA hard committed in the from location 12345

6) P4617 Picking Confirmation Take Row Exit to Override and enter NEW source location "67890"

7) Form Exit Confirm and back on P4617, W4617B click Process
