Can we use the SSL certificate from VM to Hardware SBC

Hello Gauls,

I was using Oracle SBC on a virtual machine where I had established a secure SIP trunk wit Microsoft. Now, I am trying to use the same signed certificates with Oracle Hardware SBC.

The domains are same. While importing the certificates I am getting below error:

"Failed to import certificate file"

The question is can we use the same signed certificate which we were earlier using with VM ? If the answer is yes, what possibly we are missing here.

Any help would be much appreciated.
