When performing Load confirmation which has the multiple shipment in it, and I had to skip the one shipment during load confirmation And also i had to skip one line out a shipment during load confirmation .. Is my requirement ?

I am seeing the Load remains in the status 30 - Approved, What is the setup required to update it to 60 - Partial Delivered, In these scenario

Please advise and help
