I'm not able to generate file using web ADI while using custom layouts?

While trying to generate excel files using web ADI in General ledger responsibility, the file is not getting generated while using custom layouts in production. The seeded layouts are been generated, but custom ones are not. The same custom layouts are getting generated in the test instances.

We have tried everything suggested in the oracle support, but since issue is with the custom layouts they are saying its out of their scope.

If anyone faced similar issue, Kindly revert here.
