Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Projects and Payroll Timecard Layout - With Project & Task details concatenated

I am customising the above timecard layout to display the Start and Stop times, so the user can enter these fields.

I only want the Start and Stop time fields to display if Expenditure Type field in the timecard is a specific value.

Is this possible? How can this be done?
