Connecting to Cloud GL

Having a connection issue from EPBCS Planning to Cloud GL, the account used to create the source connection to Cloud GL has the roles of General Accountant and Integration specialist.

Checked on source config dialogue box, User Name, PW and Web URL, same ones used to log onto Cloud GL successfully.

Error is

ADF_FACES-60097:For more information, please see the server's error log for an entry beginning with: ADF_FACES-60096:Server Exception during PPR, #5
