Hyperion Planning application database refresh time is taking longer when we add an account member

We recently noticed that whenever we add an account member to the outline, the data base refresh time is taking much longer(3 hours). The time is increasing gradually, it used to take about 2 hours. Ever since we moved to 11.2.4 (virtual servers) version time is increasing gradually.

We are on EPM 11.2.4. version, Windows OS, 124GB RAM on Essbase server and 96GB RAM on planning server. CPU usage never goes more than 25%.

Our database size: 68GB

I would appreciate any help.
