Unable to view Credit Card Transactions in Internet Expenses Setup & Administration

Hello

We have 2 operating units and have Pcards setup for one. It's all fine for that. Now, we are setting up PCards for the second operating unit. In a test environment, I have completed all the setups (Card Program etc)

I use the Mastercard CDF3 Loader program and it loads the file successfully. All the tables have data populated (ap_credit_card_trxns_all, ap_cards_all,ap_card_details)

However, I go to Internet Expenses Setup and Administration responsibility and I 'm unable to view the transactions that were loaded. I am logged in as the same employee as the second operating unit.
