ora.asm crs resource fail on startup and +ASM1 instance on node 1 in Oracle database 19.13.0.0

Hello everyone,


After successfully installing Oracle Grid Infrastructure 19c for a new cluster,


Instances +ASM1 on node 1 and +ASM2 on node 2 are started successfully.

Now I applied Patch 19.13.0.0.211019 on the Grid Infrastructure and on the database (33192694;OJVM RELEASE UPDATE: 19.13.0.0.211019 (33192694); 33208123;OCW RELEASE UPDATE 19.13.0.0.0 (33208123) ;33192793;Database Release Update: 19.13.0.0.211019 (33192793))


Some time later I noticed that the clusterware on the node was stopped I did everything to start it I couldn't.

this being so, I restarted the server (node 1).


After reboot I have this problem:

[oracle@omea-ora-01 ~]$ srvctl start asm -node omea-ora-01

PRCR-1013: Failed to start resource ora.asm

PRCR-1064: Failed to start resource ora.asm on node omea-ora-01
