I am try to upload the budget journals via WEB ADI ,we are faced issue on creat doucment .

Hi ,

I am trying to create an oracle budget web adi on desktop integration. While the process of creating a document we have to select an organization in a parameter. But I've not added any account ranges of the organization. I want a blank BUDGET WEB ADI.

Without organization account ranges is it possible to create blank web adi shhet ?
