EBS R12.2.4 Purchasing - Recalculate Price Functionality not working correctly

GET CUSTOM PRICE function in the Pricing formula is not doing the calculations after the shipment status of a Purchase Order changes to 'Closed for Receiving'. Also while clicking on Tools -> Recalculate Price the manual price is getting overridden by '0.'
