OL VM change iscsi storage domain targets

Hi,

on OLVM 4.4 in self-hosted engine setup we use iscsi for accessing storage domain disks. After deploying some VM's, storage side have to change ip addresses of target iscsi portals, and we have to change IP addresses of iscsi adapters on each KVM host. Is there some doc's what is a procedure for this ( I didn't find anything )? Or this change require only reboot ( multipath id of each disk should stay the same ).
