Where do I get the Windows Version of the AP Custom Libraries (RPAS v16)?

RPAS Application: Retail Assortment Planning 16.0.3.183

In APv16, only AIX/Linux6/Linux7/SunOS rpas.tar are provided in all assortplan.zip. There is no Windows rpas.tar that I could add into the existing ConfigTools to make use of the AAI functionalities in AP like AttributesPickListExpr, etc.

NOTE1: In APv14, a Windows XP version was provided which contains the proper DLLs. This is; however, not compatible with the latest v16 ConfigTools.
