OPA upgrade from v10.4.4.24 to v12.2.2.

We are planning to upgrade OPA v10.4.4.24 to v12.2.2. We need to know what changes might be required for this OPA upgrade to be working in our Siebel v21.0. Would that need any:

1) Change in existing OPA Rules/Forms?

2) Change in integration/Connection between Seibel and OPA?
