Does Oracle have plan to have Smart Forms be supported for Standard-mode?

Currently, the smartview option is set to Standard, so there is no possibility to use Smart Forms, the client doesn't want to change to Native since it is known that is going to be deprecated in near future.

So, when will the smart form option in smartview be available in Standard behavior for Smartview?
