EPM 11.2.x Passive goes to init: Performance

Hello Experts,

We have a essbase active passive clutstered setup in linux. Active node is working fine but when active node goes down, in passive node it will go init first instead alive.

It will take around 10sec to change the status from init to alive in passive. Any idea why?
