Drop Zone Subpage Field Not Displaying on All Portals

I am working on implementing the "Application for Graduation" Fluid Activity Guide, enabling the SSR_GD_RV_DZ_FL (Additional Information 1) component. I only added a text (i.e. "Hello") to the fluid subpage and added it to the component via Configure Drop Zone.

The Additional Information 1 step is being included in the Student Self Service activity guide. However, it is not picking up the subpage field, thus just blank page. I manually added the MENU.COMPONENT to the web address in the EMPLOYEE portal, and I can see the subpage field. But when I manually added the MENU.COMPONENT to the web address in the Student Self-Service portal, it only displays a blank page as in the activity guide.
