Scanner stops working in XStore POS

Hi Support,

An issue we have been experiencing for some time now in XStore POS. We use Zebra scanners Model 9808 on each POS station. There are times that the scanner suddenly stops working and XS reports that it cannot detect the scanner. Windows 10 sees the scanner without issue. The only solution is to reboot the computer which sometimes fixes the issue. Other times, XS continues to report that the scanner Times Out and will not recognize the scanner. This is all after there never has been an issue in the past. This just suddenly starts happening. Some POS stations never
