ODA - patching Oracle Home ONLY

We have ODA X8 HA BM running 19.13.

We are planning to patch it to 19.18.

All the databases running on these servers are standby read-only in a Data Guard configuration.

If patching the ORACLE_HOME with opatch, I have the option to not apply the patch in the databases as they are going to be applied by redo logs from the Primary.

Can the same be done by ​​odacli​?

We don't want to patch the read-only databases, only the ORACLE_HOME (binary). I haven't found this option on the ODA 19.18 documentation.
