JMS Receiver duplicate entry

in Siebel Open UI, Tools, Scripting and EAI (MOSC) 2 commentsAnswered

We have custom JMS receiver and we have analyzed that this receiver picks same message again from MQ , while first message still in progress and it usually happens when first message takes 30+ sec to process.

Any suggestion what could be possible cause for this issue? Any parameter to be checked?
