HTTPS server on Standby node

Good day.

If we enable https server on HA SBC then will it be available on both: active and standby nodes? In case if https is available on stadnby node, is there any protection against configuration change via REST API?

In other words: is it possible to change the configuration via REST API on both Active and Standby nodes?
