Table not getting update

Hello,

We have created a custom application by copying application P03B121, In This application we have added a Header less Form, from where we are trying to update Fields remark (RMK), G/L date (DGJ) and Auto cash Update Status (EUPS) in table F03B13Z1.

we have fields in Grid from business view (V03B13Z1).

We are making change in remark, G/L Date fields in grid but after clicking on OK button it's not getting update these fields in Table, we also tried to update through through File i/o in event rule, it showing success in SV File i/o status in debugger, but not getting update in table.
