‘Oracle TNS Listener' service found in many machines that are not using Oracle database

The query looking for any computer running a service with the word "Oracle" finds many machines that appear to be running a service called ‘Oracle TNS Listener'. But the machines listed are not running that service or any Oracle database.

The query has been used for so long, but recently, it started giving different results.
