Sample data file - where is it?

Unable to locate pmdb_mk.zip nor pmdb_mk_empty.zip as instructed within "Microsoft SQL Server Database Manual Configuration". Have searched the ether far & wide to no avail. Can someone provide the insight and wisdom as to where and why this file is not locatable? version. 2212
