Oracle KVM hard partitioning

We are planning to migrate the Solaris 11.4 Sparc platform to Intel x86 platform. To keep the same Oracle licenses that we are having today (in Solaris Sparc servers), we will use Oracle KVM hard partitioning and Oracle Linux for the Intel x86 platform migration. We would like to know if there is any restriction on using Oracle Linux KVM ?
