PRC Generate Cost Accounting Event is not in error but Expenditure Inquiry not showing accounting?

I am able to generate cost distribution. My request PRC: Distribute Usage and Misc Cost is successful complete. And am able to see Debit side accounting from Expenditure Inquiry.

However, as a next step I submit another request PRC: Generate Cost Accounting Events. This also completed normal and output of this request is not showing me any exception in report. But if I check from Expenditure Inquiry there is no Credit side accounting appearing. This is weird as the request Generate Cost Events is successfully completed without exception but Expenditure Inquiry s not updating / showing credit side for accounting.

Any clues why expenditure inquiry not showing credit side accounting ?
