why we run this and when i try to run this i got this output

pindb > @/oracle/app/oracle/product/10.2.0.4/db_1/rdbms/admin/dbmslock.sql

Package created.

Synonym created.

Grant succeeded.

i was doing this becouse i got deadlock on production and i have also check my trace file but there was nothing . i want to know which query was clash / queue


i have try to solve by self but not getting proper answer

i hope here i will get what i wnt
